Its refreshing and tangy taste is perfect for a hot summer's day or as a treat to the young and old as its not cloyingly sweet. Its zesty pineapple passionfruit flavors goes really well over ice and I kept sipping it at lunch today!

This tropical refreshment is also more than a drink. Its versatility gives one freedom to customise and concoct different types of beverages such as cocktails and mocktails for every occasion. Below is a recipe for you to try at home!

Pineapple and Passionfruit Margaritas Mocktail Recipe:

This recipe serves four.

Ingredients:

- 1 bottle of Ribena Pineapple & Passionfruit 

- 10 lime, small

- 1 cup orange juice

- 2 cups ginger ale

- sufficient ice cubes

- sufficient salt and lime juice - rims of the glasses //  1 pineapple wedge for 4 cups - garnish

Directions

Step 1: Rub rims of four glasses with lime; dip rims in salt and set aside

Step 2: Combine the following in a pitcher : Ribena Pineapple and Passionfruit, orange juice, ginger ale, lime juice, and ice 

Step 3: Pour the concoction into the glasses with its rims dipped in salt (Step 1)

Step 4: Stir and it is ready to serve
